Managing Contacts in Mobile Mail
In Mobile Mail, you can manage a list of your contacts by adding and editing contact information. You can also search for a specific contact.
Locating a Contact in Mobile Mail
- Click Addresses.
- Click Search Contacts.
- In the Search field, enter the search term you want to search by.
- Use the checkbox(es) to select the contact(s) to which you want to send an email.
- To add the contact to a message, select To, CC, or BCC.
When you add the contact to a message, the compose window displays.
Adding a Contact in Mobile Mail
- Click Addresses.
- Click New Contact and then
complete the following information:
- First Name
- The contact's first name.
- Last Name
- The contact's last name.
- Nickname
- The contact's nickname.
- The contact's email.
- Home Phone
- The contact's home phone number.
- Bus. Phone
- The contact's business phone number.
- Cell Phone
- The contact's cell phone number.
- Home Address
- The contact's home address.
- Business Address
- The contact's business address.
- Comment
- Additional information you want to include.
- Click Save.
Removing a Contact in Mobile Mail
- Click Addresses.
- Click Search Contacts.
- Enter the name of the contact you want to remove.
- Use the checkbox(es) to select the contact(s) you want to remove.
- Select Delete.
