Scheduling Events and Tasks Through the Mobile Mail Calendar
Use the Mobile Mail Calendar to track meetings and daily goals. The calendar provides options for scheduling events and tasks, and you can set reminders to alert you when a scheduled event or deadline is approaching.
To Schedule an Event
- Log in to Mobile Mail.
- Click Calendar.
- From the New field, click Event.
- In the Subject field, enter the name of the event or meeting.
- Specify the date, start time and duration of the event.
- In the Notify To field, enter the email address to which you want to send the notification, or click Address Book and browse for the address.
- From the Reminder area, specify when you want to send the reminder, and enter the email address to which you want to send the reminder, or click Address Book to browse for it.
- Click Save.
To Schedule a Task
- In the Task field, enter the name or description of the task.
NOTE: For new Tasks, set the status to Incomplete.
- Specify the Task Deadline, or select No due date.
- In the Notify field, enter the email address to which you want to send notifications, or click Address Book to browse for a stored address.
- Enter any additional notes.
- Click Save.
