Working with Templates in Web-Based Email
You can create email templates to have standard messages you send regularly to your recipients ready to access and send.
To Create a Template
- Log in to your email account.
- Click Compose.
- Compose your message. For more information, see Composing Email Messages.
- Click Save as Template.
- In the Enter a template name field, enter the name you want to use for the template.
- Click Save & Close or Save & Edit, depending on whether you want to close the template or make additional changes.
To Access your Templates
- Log in to your email account.
- Click Templates.
- From the display list, click the name of the template you want to send.
- Complete the fields and make any necessary changes. For more information, see Composing Email Messages.
- Click Send.
To Delete your Templates
- Log in to your email account.
- Click Templates.
- From the display list, use the checkbox to select the template you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
