Customizing Your Reseller Control Center Prog ID
When you create your reseller account, you are assigned a unique reseller code, or Prog ID. You may change this code if you would like a URL that is easier for you to remember.
WARNING: Changing this code will make any bookmarks your customers have made to your site invalid. It's best to only change this code when you first begin your reseller business, if at all.
To Customize Your Reseller Control Center Prog ID
- Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
- From the My Settings menu, select Account Access.
- In the Reseller URL (Prog ID) field, enter your new Prog ID, then click Apply.
We recommend purchasing your own domain name for your reseller storefront and forwarding it to your storefront URL. Using your own domain name will make it easier for you and your customers to remember how to get to your storefront, and your storefront will be picked up better by search engine spiders.
