THE PROBLEM: Every registrar is required by ICANN (the international governing body for domain name registration) to maintain a publicly-accessible "WHOIS" database displaying all contact information for all domain names registered. This information must be accurate, or the domain name is subject to deletion by ICANN. This makes your private contact information publicly-accessible!

AN EXAMPLE OF OUR SOLUTION: Our fictional customer Jennifer Estevez of 123 Main Street, Hometown, Florida has registered a domain name called JensDomain.com, and now her personal and private contact information becomes public in the WHOIS database.
